A companion feed on the web app shows the activity in real time, so you can see a task move from created to dispatched to completed.

Will people know they're talking to an AI on the phone?

The agent is upfront that it's calling on your behalf rather than pretending to be you. GetPA also includes a private inbound number, sometimes called an inbound shield: a dedicated number screened by a dedicated voice agent that declines spam calls and transfers expected callers through to you. This is provisioned as a Stripe add-on and set up by an admin, it isn't a self-service phone number.
