Security and privacy
GetPA makes calls on your behalf, which is a serious thing to be trusted with. Here is how that trust is handled.
Disclosure by default
Every call starts with the assistant introducing itself as an AI. No impersonation, no pretending to be you.
Your account, verified
Sign-in uses your email and password, and your mobile number is verified with a one-time code. Password resets work the way you would expect.
Data under your control
The Account & data page gives you a full export of your information and a self-serve deletion request, in line with UK GDPR. Recordings and transcripts stay in your account until you remove them.
Server-side enforcement
Plan limits, permissions and metering are enforced on our servers, not in the app, so your account behaves the same on every device.
Essential cookies only
The product uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. This marketing site sets no tracking cookies unless you opt in.
Formal certifications (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001) are not yet in place and we will not claim them until they are. Questions about our security posture are welcome via the contact page.
